When Bowcrest Marine Ltd. came up with the idea to develop an entirely new concept in Sea Going Multipurpose Vessels we only had a GA Plan to work with. On its own we had little chance to market the concept and no way to bring the project to life.
The guys at URBANVOYAGE had previously worked on another concept project in which we were involved and we were so impressed by what they produced we had no doubt they could help us. However we were not prepared for the end result which simply “blew us away”.
What we gave them was far outside their normal comfort zone of work and totally unlike anything they had worked on before. By working with us to gradually refine the images to create the desired effect they produced a stunning set of images which breathed life and excitement into the whole project. As soon as we saw what these talented guys had produced we knew straight away they had given us the chance to push the whole project forward with a marketing tool that would sell our vessels straight off the drawing board.
We gave them very little time to do the job and they prioritised it and within two weeks from start we had the first images. This was an outstanding achievement by any standards but what followed was even better. With adjustments to colour and detail they created a living breathing vessel which you could almost touch. Better than that they understood exactly what we were trying to convey in our marketing strategy and the result was totally on the mark. However perhaps the most outstanding part of this story is that when all was finished, they presented us with something of a “Special”. To help us further, they produced and multi image presentation which could be made to view the vessel in any angle, any colour and a multitude of different effects to run as moving presentation. We had not asked for this and were not expecting it and for the guys at URBANVOYAGE to do this for us knowing how important it would be goes way beyond Good Customer Relations and on both a personal and professional level I cannot thank them enough.
URBANVOYAGE are dynamic, friendly, exceptionally talented and a real pleasure to work with and Bowcrest Marine Ltd. will hopefully be working with them again in the near future on other projects. We would like in particular to thank Richard Elliott for all the assistance he gave to us to help us realise our dreams to push into uncharted territory.
