Word of the Day: “Surthrival”
As we near the end of our second business week of 2009, we’ve already been inundated with all sorts of negative business press. We feel the perception of the economy is more damaging than the reality of it.
We should be reminded that some of the world’s greatest companies were started in recessions, including Burger King, FedEx, CNN, General Electric and Hewlett Packard. Pre-existing companies have also made incredible gains in years where the economy was down, including Google, PayPal and Salesforce.com.
The team is looking forward to working hard and adding value for our clients in 2009.
